If our Toons are using crap or mediocre quality weapons, then they will miss the target a lot of the time regardless of how "on-target" the Player's aim may be.ĮDIT: The game isn't really a first-person shooter type game :) if so, this is probably part of the game since accuracy is also a characteristic of the weapon (the "parts" part of the weapon usually). > Are you wanting to mod damage because your toon's firearms are ineffective. Base damage for firearms can be based on the barrel (items.xml) and modified by skills (progression.xml).
